Welcome to the Lighthouse Cafe!
The Cafe is run by students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program
at Silver Lake High School.
This program provides training in the techniques of food preparation and dining room service, thus ensuring that the students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to have a successful career in the food service industry.
